1. Website Purpose and Informational Only Status

No Contract Formation: The content on this website, including scheduling, amenity lists, calendars, and prize lists, is for informational purposes only. Browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or sending an inquiry does not constitute a legally binding contract for boarding services, lesson placement, or horse show entry.
Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure information on this site is correct. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update details regarding pricing, scheduling, and available stalls without prior notice.

2. Mandatory Pennsylvania Equine Liability Warning

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Equine Activity Immunity Act (4 P.S. § 601 et seq.):

WARNING: You assume the risk of equine activities pursuant to Pennsylvania law. Horses are inherently unpredictable and dangerous animals. By entering our physical facility or participating in any stable-related activities, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, property damage, or death.

The information provided on this website does not replace or modify the physical warning signs posted conspicuously across our property.

3. Riding Lessons & Safety Disclaimers

Physical Forms Required: All lesson students (or their legal guardians, if under the age of 18) must fill out, sign, and submit physical liability waivers and medical release forms on-site before mounting any horse.
Safety Equipment: All riders are strictly required to wear an ASTM/SEI-approved helmet and appropriate riding boots with heels whenever mounted on our property.
Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy requires 12 Hours notice given directly to your instructor. Failure to do so will result in offline billing for the missed session.

4. Boarding Information Disclaimer

Formal Contracts: Any boarding rates, turnout choices, or feed programs detailed on this site are general overviews. All active boarding relationships are governed strictly by our physical, signed Horse Boarding Contract Agreement.
Veterinary Emergencies: In accordance with our facility management guidelines, we reserve the right to contact a licensed veterinarian at the horse owner's expense if emergency medical care is needed, without liability for the medical outcome.

5. Hosted Horse Shows and Events

Waivers and Rules: Outside trainers, riders, owners, and handlers participating in shows hosted on our premises must review the online prize list but are legally bound by the physical entry forms and standard releases submitted at check-in.
Health Documentation: All visiting horses entering our facility for a show must present a negative Coggins test and a valid health certificate upon arrival. Horses failing to meet health requirements will be barred from unloading.
Spectator Risks: Spectators and guests who use this website to locate show times or directions explicitly agree that by visiting the property, they assume all inherent risks of being around livestock and equine events.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Content Ownership: All text, custom graphics, logo designs, and photos of horses or our facility featured on this website are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Prohibited Behavior: Users are prohibited from using our contact forms to transmit spam, fraudulent inquiries, or abusive messages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from website use must be settled within the appropriate state courts of Pennsylvania.
